Roshan Ghadamian is a venture creator and innovation advisor who has helped catalyse $82M+ in early-stage investment. He is currently Venture Creator at the University of Melbourne Genesis Pre-Seed Fund, transforming university IP into investable startups. Previously, he co-founded Rhapsody Labs (Web3 venture studio), led the Wade Institute's VC Catalyst program, and founded multiple startups including Rozibaby (featured on national TV) and ShuttersDept (scaled to $3.5M revenue). Roshan holds a Master's in Entrepreneurship and BCom from the University of Melbourne. He lives in Melbourne with his family.

His track record includes co-founding Rhapsody Labs, a Web3 venture studio that launched multiple NFT projects each generating 7-figure revenues within minutes and growing communities to 20,000+ members. At Wade Institute, he mobilised $82M in early-stage capital by recruiting 80+ high-net-worth investors and securing government contracts in under 4 months. He also helped initiate the Minderoo Foundation's Dream Venture program, raising $4M+ for 200+ Indigenous entrepreneurs.

Previous ventures include Rozibaby, an online D2C brand offering customisable modular baby strollers that won 'Product of the Year' for its pioneering pre-order model, and ShuttersDept, which he scaled from zero to $3.5M in revenue with 20% month-on-month growth. He has served as Community & Ecosystem Advisor for Elastos (blockchain infrastructure), on the Alumni Council at University of Melbourne, and worked with APEC during the Global Financial Crisis.

Roshan studied at Ormond College and holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship (Scholarship), Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation, and BCom in Marketing & Finance from the University of Melbourne. He attended Melbourne Grammar School.

Bindi Ghadamian is a medical professional turned entrepreneur and innovation advocate. She founded Teenyco, a startup combining 3D printing with ultrasound technology using machine learning to detect fetal abnormalities. Winner of the Naomi Milgrom Scholarship for Female Entrepreneurs and best startup pitch at Wade Institute. A qualified Sonographer with 8+ years experience, she is an active World Economic Forum Global Shaper and Business Mentor at Inspiring Rare Birds. Bindi holds Master's degrees from University of Melbourne (Entrepreneurship) and Monash University (Medical Radiations). She lives in Melbourne with her family.

As a qualified Sonographer with over 8 years of experience, she has supported 20+ regional and rural communities across Australia, providing ultrasound services while mentoring trainees and improving clinical operations. Her medical background uniquely positioned her to identify opportunities for innovation in healthcare.

Her entrepreneurial journey includes founding Teenyco (2016-2018), a revolutionary startup that combined 3D printing and ultrasound to provide mothers with 3D printouts of their ultrasound scans. The revenue generated funded the development of machine learning technology to better detect fetal abnormalities in 20-week ultrasound scans. This innovation earned her the prestigious Naomi Milgrom Scholarship for Female Entrepreneurs and first prize for best startup pitch at Wade Institute.

Bindi has been an active member of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community since 2017, working on global and industrial goals to create a more sustainable world. She serves as a Business Mentor at Inspiring Rare Birds, advancing economic equality through expert mentoring. Previously, she owned and operated a Subway franchise, leading a team of 15 staff and establishing a profitable business from concept to successful implementation.

Her education includes a Master's in Entrepreneurship from University of Melbourne, Master's in Medical Radiations (Diagnostic Medical Sonography) from Monash University, Graduate Diploma in Psychological Sciences, and Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Deakin University. She has volunteered with Friends of Refugees and Global Vadoo Charitable Trust, and continues to mentor at Monash and Melbourne Universities.
